Alocasia Black Stem Variegated
Alocasia Black Stem variegated. For my money, these plants have some of the prettiest leaves of all alocasia species. Dark stems and veining and variegation patterns that can look like mosaics. Grown from corm from my mother plant. These plants do start producing corms at a relatively young age, thus I would not be surprised if there were some corms down in the soil. I would also not call this particular species the easiest to care for. They can be quite finicky if they dry out and will drop their leaves in a dramatic fashion. They are, however, prolific corming machines. Actively growing in a 3-inch pot. This plant will ship in its current pot and substrate.
Current growing conditions: 75-80% humidity.
